PAVE-TECH is a Transportation Engineering Design and Consultancy company based in Pune, Maharashtra and we offer expertise in transportation planning, traffic engineering, transportation economics, highway planning and design, pavement maintenance and rehabilitation, asset management, foundation engineering and value engineering for infrastructure projects. Our principals are highly qualified engineers and scientists with a vast knowledge base in state of art pavement technology and highway engineering.
We express pride in our ability to deliver practical, innovative solutions to a wide range of engineering projects. Our primary expertise lies in highway engineering and pavement related areas, such as geometric design, material selection and design of flexible and rigid pavements. We also provide supervision and implement quality control procedures for the construction process among other aspects of transportation projects. We possess our own state of the practice material testing laboratory with advanced test equipment in Pune city.
Mr. Vikas Thakar, Principal Consultant & Project Coordinator in India, has a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, USA specializing in Highways, Pavements and Materials. He is winner of Pt Jawaharlal Nehru Birth Centenary Award from Indian Roads Congress (IRC) for outstanding contribution to the field of Highway Engineering in India. He is member of the Council of Indian Roads Congress, New Delhi (2010, 2013 & 2014) and member of various Technical Committees of IRC. His academic background as well as construction experience gives him the unique expertise and insight into the theoretical as well as the practical aspects of Highway Pavements.
With the experience of senior researchers, consultants, technocrats, project managers, and exuberance of budding engineers in India and the United States, PAVE-TECH Consultants pledge to provide excellence in services to all our clients. Pavetech Consultants has successfully completed Highway/ Road works as Project Management Consultants (design & supervision) of cost above Rs. 1500 Crore (US $ 200 Million) and design works for National Highway projects above cost Rs. 1200 Crore. (US $ 160 Million) with various Govt organizations in India.
